Lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability Ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success Set the tone for the shift—motivate and coach team members for success Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations Ensure all brand standards are met
