We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple quick service burger restaurant locations. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, increasing profitability, supporting General Managers, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction across all assigned stores.

Responsibilities:

Oversee operations for multiple restaurant locations Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and leadership teams Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and profitability Ensure company standards, food safety, and customer service expectations are met Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans Conduct store visits, audits, and operational reviews Support staffing, scheduling, and employee development Drive overall business growth and operational success

Qualifications:

Multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities Experience with P&L management and cost controls Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
