Responsibilities and Duties Specific duties of a Foodservice Manager include, but are not limited to: Being physically present during your shifts, working alongside your team to provide a positive experience for all customers. Help train and counsel all team members in his/her department. Is part of the opening and closing management team and, depending on training and seniority, may assume GM duties when GM is absent. Ensure all standards of quality, service, and image are met. Ensure all food products are prepared in accordance with company standards and established procedures. Understands, monitors, and ensures compliance with local health ordinances and company policy. Ensure employee compliance with all safety programs. Conducts weekly inventory and ordering procedures. Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of restaurant management experience is preferred. A strong work ethic is imperative. Must work well in an entertainment atmosphere with young team members and customers. Understands that we are in the entertainment business and our job is to create memorable experiences for every customer. Benefits Paid time off is available after 1 year of service.
