We are looking for a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume quick service burger restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, driving sales, maintaining food quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations Hire, train, coach, and develop team members Create employee schedules and oversee labor costs Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls Drive sales performance and profitability Handle employee relations and performance management

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience managing teams and restaurant operations Knowledge of food safety and labor guidelines Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
