Responsibilities Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring efficient shift management, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Oversee food preparation and kitchen activities, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability. Train and develop team members through ongoing staff training initiatives, coaching on food production, customer service, and safety protocols. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction. Conduct profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to optimize restaurant performance. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Solid understanding of food safety management, food handling, and kitchen management practices. Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising hospitality teams and managing staff training programs. Strong communication abilities for managerial tasks such as interviewing, team management, and managerial communication. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to cash handling, budgeting, and inventory control.
