  Although work location may vary from time-to-time and the GM may be expected to travel as necessary to fulfill their duties for the Company, the primary work location will be full
• time, including some weekends, at the HTeaO Gruene, 1042 FM 306 New Braunfels, TX 78132
• Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the Store
• Manage Team Members, scheduling, inventory, ordering, hiring, etc
• Execute on community marketing strategy from Leadership
• Track and oversee weekly / monthly budgets and stay within key KPI's set by Leadership
• Promote Customer satisfaction and foster a Team atmosphere for all employees
• Approving payroll hours and ensuring hours from Team are accurate
• Dealing with grievances from Customers and remedying the situation effectively

• Excellence and Experience in leading and team and providing them with a positive work environment where they can positively grow

• Ability to work and jump in with the Team (we require our GM's to work shifts)
• Ability to communicate both up-line and down-line, to hold others accountable and be able to receive feedback from up-line regarding accountability

• Compensation
• From $45,000
• $50,000 Base Salary. Pay is based on experience level and qualifications
• Eligible for annual bonus based on performance and KPI's

Strong skills in staff training, team management, and food service management. Proficiency in inventory control and cash handling. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Relevant experience in casual dining, catering, and hospitality management is a plus.
