Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality customer experiences Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety compliance to maintain top standards Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and inventory management Control inventory levels through accurate ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction strategies Handle cash transactions accurately and perform regular cash handling audits Monitor financial performance by analyzing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, and implementing cost control measures Supervise kitchen operations including food production, food handling, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols Conduct staff interviews, performance reviews, and ongoing training to promote professional growth Maintain high standards of hospitality management by fostering a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike Skills Extensive experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong understanding of restaurant management principles Proven supervisory experience with team management and leadership skills Deep knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and inventory control Strong background in food safety management, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Competence in managing budgets, conducting profit & loss analysis, and implementing cost-saving initiatives Effective communication skills for managerial tasks including training, team leadership, and staff development Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory calculations, and financial analysis Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
