Lead from the front by coaching, developing, and motivating your team. Work alongside your team in the kitchen and on the floor. Ensure high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service. Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls. Drive operational performance and hold the team accountable. Build a high-energy culture focused on teamwork, results, and hospitality. What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management experience. Comfortable working in the kitchen and alongside your team. Hands-on leadership style with a strong lead-by-example approach. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for developing people and delivering great guest experiences.
