Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Conduct interviews and carry out the hiring process for new team members
  • Train and develop staff on company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
  • Collaborate with the kitchen management team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
  • Oversee catering operations, including coordinating with clients, menu planning, and execution of events
  • Manage shifts effectively to ensure optimal staffing levels and smooth transitions between shifts
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Experience:
  • Previous experience in food service management or hospitality management is required
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management
  • Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
