Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards. Collaborate with the kitchen and serving teams to ensure seamless service. Oversee scheduling, shift management, and staff performance evaluations. Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and ensure timely replenishment. Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Assist in resolving operational challenges to ensure guest satisfaction. Identify opportunities for improving service and guest experience.
Qualifications:
At least one year of management experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and scheduling tools. Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch guest experiences. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluent in English both verbal and written. Back of house experience is a plus.
