Job Description

General Manager Iron Springs Adventure Resort in Cedar City, Utah is looking for a new general manager. The following is a brief representation of the duties and qualifications:
  • Manage a luxury 17-room boutique hotel
  • Manage a 100-stall RV Park
  • Manage a large outdoor amphitheater
  • Manage an indoor event's center
  • Coordinate and manage a diverse array of numerous events
  • Exhibit high standards of integrity and expects the same from other employees
  • Results oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Good computer skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of accounting and business practices

  • Be able to manage others efficiently

  • Be able to lead and inspire fellow team members We are looking for someone who is a great leader, who leads by example while creating an atmosphere of high expectations and positive vibes.
This leadership position will require a hands-on, dynamic, assertive individual who is prepared to step in as necessary, in whatever circumstance. With this position comes a great deal of responsibility and accountability, but with that said, it will also be a fun, challenging, and exciting luxury resort environment. Schedules can be flexible, but this position will generally require 45-59 hours/week or as circumstances require.
Compensation:
