Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while following established cleaning protocols. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained. Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks as needed to uphold high cleanliness standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed on time and to the satisfaction of clients. Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety measures in cleaning environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and organization in all assigned spaces.
