Duties:

• Manage and lead front of house staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee daily operations, including reservations, seating, and customer inquiries
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and timely service
• Maintain inventory control and oversee ordering of supplies
• Train and develop team members on service standards and product knowledge
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Skills:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining or high-volume establishments
• Strong knowledge of food production, coffee preparation, and bartending techniques
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience in staff supervision and training
• Proficiency in inventory control and implementing cost-saving measures
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other managers
• Prior experience in shift management and scheduling is a plus
