GMIT Responsibilities:

Demonstrate an understanding of the company's culture and priorities Greet customers warmly and help oversee & support the team in taking orders, operating the cash register, and processing payments accurately Displays complete and accurate knowledge of the full menu and sandwich builds as well as the ability to make sandwiches and other recipes quickly and accurately while maintaining cleanliness Complete daily food preparation tasks, including opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, and bread production while following safety protocols for food preparation and slicer use Execute and oversee opening and closing procedures with accuracy and completeness Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receipts, storage, and issuing of food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for use to minimize waste and theft
