Location:

Spanish Fork, UT Chicken Salad Chick is more than a restaurant—it's a place built on gracious hospitality, servant leadership, and genuine connection . As we prepare to open our second location in Utah County this November, we're looking for a General and/or Assistant Restaurant Manager who shares our passion for people, food, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests and team members alike. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, values teamwork, and believes that serving others is the foundation for success. Position Overview The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, developing team members, and upholding the Chicken Salad Chick brand promise. You will play a key role in building the culture from day one. Additionally, this position is a on job training for eventual promotion to GM (if hired as AGM) as more locations are opened.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Base Pay:

$20,000

• $45,000 Salary (Based on experience and availability)
