As an Assistant Manager, you will help lead the team, support daily operations, and ensure every guest experience reflects our high standards. Position Summary The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading team members, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards. This is a hands-on, hourly role that actively participates in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while providing leadership and direction to the team. As an Assistant Manager, you will: Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads Deliver and model exceptional guest service; resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws Step into operational roles (front-of-house and back-of-house) as needed to support the team Help drive team performance, accountability, and a positive workplace culture Preferred Qualifications Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational and time management skills Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation Pay Range:
$19 per hour - $20 per hour Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Team members are expected to follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
