Overall Job Purpose:

In the role of General Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of an independent senior living community, which includes 1) developing an engaged and productive team; 2) ensuring high resident satisfaction; and 3) ensuring strong financial performance. The General Manager is a salaried position, which means you typically will not work a 40-hour work week and must be flexible with your schedule.

Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Min. of 5 years' previous management experience including, operational & financial experience in managing employees, recruiting, customer service, budgeting, purchasing, payroll, & accounts payable/receivable.

Preferred industry background:

hotel, senior living, hospital, restaurant. Ability to work as part of a team with the Assistant General Manager and Executive Chef, to provide a great living environment for our residents and a safe and motivating work atmosphere for our staff.
