Responsibilities Include:
Designing and following a complete meal plan Organizing kitchen materials and resources Meal Preparation and Planning Assistance Driving 15 Passenger Van Job brief We are looking for an enthusiastic kitchen manager to oversee the food service program at Little Log Cabin, ensuring high food quality standards, inventory management, food safety, and customer service. Responsibilities Design and follow a complete meal plan Inventory and Organize groceries and supplies Meal preparation and clean up for breakfast, lunch and two snacks a day Maintain an open line of communication with administration and provide appropriate information Assess students' allergy and health needs Follow and comply with health standards and safety regulations Drive 15 passenger van to pick up groceries weekly Drive 15 passenger van to take children to and from public school Monitor children's interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Child Care Experience Organization skills Patience and flexibility Strong communication skills Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports as required Must be able to work around food and cleaning products. Safe Serv Certification Needed Food Handlers Card Needed Complete Virginia Social Service Training within a month of starting. Have CPR & 1st Aide Certification (WANTED
