Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented full time Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations. In this vital role, you will ensure exceptional food quality, maintain efficient workflow, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize kitchen productivity, and deliver outstanding dining experiences to our guests. This position offers a dynamic environment where your culinary expertise and management skills will drive success and growth. Duties Supervise all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability. Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Be available to cover or find coverage for kitchen staff call outs. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking. Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling regulations. Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis to support operational goals. Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, development, and performance management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively during high-pressure situations. Hospitality management experience including catering or banquet operations is a plus.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
