It's fitting that we are located at the pinnacle of Vermont! We are looking for an Assistant Owner Relations Manager to join our team! The Assistant Owner Relations Manager supports the Assistant Director of Property Management and the Director of Residential services in the day-to-day operations of the Property Management department at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. This role serves as a liaison between homeowners and resort operations to help ensure exceptional owner satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the continued growth and success of the homeowner program. The Assistant Owner Relations Manager provides leadership and direct oversight of the Pre-Arrival Specialist team, ensuring outstanding service, accurate communication, and seamless coordination of owner arrivals. This position also provides friendly, efficient assistance and information to homeowners, guests, visitors, and fellow employees while supporting departmental initiatives, maintaining service standards, and assisting leadership in achieving departmental goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists in overseeing the administration and management of the Owner Relations program and amenity program. Has the ability to maintain Owner records and accounting in HOST. Optimizes the revenue distribution by working with reservations, monitoring individual unit revenue production. Assist with the Operation and Maintenance of the Owner Portal. Performs Unit Maintenance/Asset preservation checks weekly and monthly. Ensures a consistent, seamless luxurious Owner's arrival and departure experience. Works with the Front of the House Manager and/or Heart of the House Manager to ensure all policies and procedures regarding each Owner are being followed correctly. Supports the Director and Assistant Director of Property Management in their role by assisting in administrative tasks, billings, managing pre arrival team members, etc. Develops and maintains statistical data that positively affects the financial performance. Assists the Director and Assistant Director of Property Management in the promotion and performance of The Lodge at Spruce Peak rental program to prospective owners and current owners of rental property within Stowe. Pay Range:
$27.00- $29.
