John Howie Restaurants is seeking an experienced, energetic, and service-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role is highly guest-facing and requires a polished presence, strong hospitality instincts, and the ability to lead by example in a refined, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a confident and collaborative leader with deep restaurant operations knowledge, a positive and professional attitude, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and inspire front-of-house service teams during daily operations and peak service periodsUphold John Howie Restaurants hospitality standards, guest experience expectations, and service cultureMaintain a highly visible floor presence engaging with guests, resolving issues, and ensuring memorable dining experiencesAssist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance developmentSupport opening & closing procedures and daily operational oversightContribute to a positive, energetic, professional team environmentPartner with senior leadership on service initiatives and continuous improvementQualificationsMinimum 2 -3 years of restaurant management or leadership experience in a high-service or upscale dining environmentStrong floor management presence and guest-service instinctsDemonstrated leadership ability with a collaborative, team-focused styleHigh energy, positive attitude, and professional communication skillsStrong knowledge of restaurant business operations and service standardsAbility to multitask, adapt, and remain composed in a dynamic environmentAvailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as neededPosition DetailsFull-time, on-site leadership roleCompetitive compensation based on experienceOpportunities for professional growth within an established restaurant groupProfessional references requiredSalary range $80,000-$85,000How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, brief cover introduction, and professional references for consideration.
