Job Responsibilities:
Leading your team to deliver a remarkable guest experience during their shifts Support other leaders Execution of huddles to ensure all team members are on the same page Encourage team members Proactively checking behind team members Completing daily and weekly checklists Leaving the restaurant better than how you found it Create emotional connections with guests Create a fun and cared for environment for your team Encourage rule enforcement Coaching the behaviors of all Team Members on their shifts.
