This isn't a seat-filler job. You'll run the front of house and own the beverage program at the busiest restaurant in our group. You'll have a real voice in how we run, and you'll join the next generation of leaders at 509 Hospitality, a five-restaurant group in the Pacific Northwest.

What you'll ownThe floor. You set the standard for every shift: pre-shift, pacing, table touches, recovery. When the room is full and the ticket rail is long, the team looks to you.

The bar and the wine list. Our list is tight, Washington-forward and built for a steakhouse. You'll keep it sharp, keep pour costs honest, and make sure every server can talk about every wine without going to find a manager.

The people. You'll hire well, train with patience and hold the line on standards. When someone falls short, you'll tell them directly and help them get it right.

The numbers. You'll run beverage cost, labor and FOH controls the way an owner would, because your bonus depends on them.

You know beverage. You can talk about wine, spirits and cocktails with a guest, a rep or a new bartender and sound just as comfortable with each.

You've worked high volume and you like it. A packed Saturday doesn't rattle you. It's why you do this.
