Position:

Front of House Manager True Legends Grill is in search of an energetic, Hospitality minded person to be our Front of House manager. This is a leadership position which manages and does the schedule for 20+ bartenders, servers and bussers in addition to supervising the back of house employees in the absence of our chef and general manager. True Legends has been in business for the past 17 years and leads the charge as a premier restaurant and sports bar in Liberty Lake, WA. (5 miles from Idaho) The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Front of the House operations including bartending and managing customer flow. Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, daily books along with opening and closing procedures will be expected. Candidate will be a skilled communicator and demonstrate good Judgement, integrity, problem solving and the ability to assess appropriate times to phase employees throughout the night in an effort to manage payroll expenses.
