Ave and Grit City Breakfast Bar & Grill is a dual concept space that is home to Tacoma Comedy Clubs second location in Tacoma, where you can see all the best local and up and coming comedians in an intimate and inviting venue. As well as our full service all day restaurant, Grit City Breakfast Bar & Grill that serves up breakfast burritos, cocktails and classic breakfasts. We are looking for an experienced assistant manager to join our team.

Hours:

40 hours a week. Must be able to work shifts both in the morning and evening and on weekends. Must have flexibility with occasional shift changes to fulfill business needs.

Schedule:

Rotating shifts every two weeks Week 1-2 Friday 8

• cl Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Friendly and professional comic care Supporting all aspects of comedy and restaurant operations to ensure a smooth show/shift Upholding company standards and policies Assisting General Manager with daily tasks and maintenance Money management

Inventory Qualifications :

3 years full service restaurant experience 1 year management experience BOH experience not required but is a plus General working knowledge of computers, Google Drive and POS systems Passionate about providing excellent customer service Able to remain calm and level-headed under stress Strong communication skills Responsible and reliable
