Job Description
Job Overview 40 hours per week on average. Wednsday/Thrusday - Sunday. Nights, weekends, holidays, catering, and extra events Experienced chef and kitchen leader. Create and price menu items, control food costs POS knowledge Cook and fill in when other staff is out. Build, train, and lead the kitchen team Maintain the kitchen and support all restaurant operations including FOH. Run a profitable kitchen with a strong working atmosphere. Compensation Pay is commensurate with experience, skill level, attitude, punctuality, reliability, and overall dedication.
