JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Shift Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. We prioritize developing and promoting from within. Qualified Shift Manager candidates will have numerous opportunities to develop into Assistant General Manager and General Manager positions.
DUTIES:
Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts Assist in training and onboarding new team members Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage inventory and food waste levels Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality sector Strong leadership and supervisory skills Knowledge of food service management Familiarity with
