What You'll Do:

Lead overall restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and financial performance Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing management team and staff Create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and operational standards Drive continuous improvement through training, accountability, and feedback Manage financial performance, including budgets, inventory, and cost controls Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and the community Why You'll love it

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership ability with 3+ years of management experience (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and financial management skills A passion for leading people and creating positive guest experiences Dependability, humility, and a commitment to excellence Must be willing to work 50 hours a week A positive, motivating leadership style that builds trust and inspires others We've made it our commitment that any guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy
