General Manager Benefits:
Salary - $70,000.00 - $85,000.00Health Insurance PTO Company Discounts General Manager Responsibilities:
Leads the Team by example Creates a restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand, conferring with people in the community, and identifying and evaluating competitors Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financing and preparing strategic and annual forecasts and budgets Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, and public and community relations programs Controls purchases and inventory, reviewing and evaluating consumption reports Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures by implementing production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards Maintains guest satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings Builds a strong Team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training job expectations—planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributionsGeneral Manager Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry as a General Manager Results-oriented mindset with a track record of operational and financial success POS and back-office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Possess a natural hospitality and an affinity for interacting with guests Ability to prioritize and multitask all day while maintaining a high level of customer serviceBenefits
