Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations. This vital role combines culinary expertise with strong management skills to ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and service standards. As a Kitchen Manager, you will motivate staff, streamline food production processes, and maintain a vibrant, efficient kitchen environment that delights our guests and supports our business goals. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety regulations, and foster a positive hospitality atmosphere. Duties Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Oversee food safety compliance by implementing proper handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness according to health regulations Lead staff training initiatives to develop culinary skills, ensure adherence to recipes, and promote excellent customer service Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently and ensuring smooth operational flow during peak hours Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and motivation Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking Demonstrated management skills with experience supervising hospitality teams and managing restaurant operations Familiarity with POS systems Extensive knowledge of food safety management practices and food industry regulations Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining settings Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for team training, interviewing, and staff development Ability to handle inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and shift management effectively Hospitality management background with experience managing hospitality teams in hotel or restaurant settings is desirable Join us as a Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with passion and precision!
