Management Shift Managers manage our open and closing shifts. All Shift Managers do need to learn to closing shifts and our opening shifts do involve them helping during dinner hours. Some of what our Shift Managers do are but not limited to...
- Helps oversee daily operations
- Supervise staff as well as training and coaching the staff
- Ensuring quality and safety standards
- Handling customer service during their shift
- Managing inventory controls like ordering, deliveries, and running food cost
- Handling customer complaints
- Maintaining cleanliness standards This is a hands-on role that requires being able to work in all areas of the restaurant and having strong leadership and communication skills.
