Teriyaki Madness is looking for a Front of House Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating an outstanding guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll work directly with owners Matt and Candice Kindred to learn what it takes to lead one of Sheridan's busiest restaurants. If you're ready to grow beyond simply managing a shift and want to develop real leadership skills, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead shifts with confidence, energy, and a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience. Coach, train, and develop a team of 5-10 crew members. Create exceptional guest experiences, even during our busiest rushes. Set the standard for hospitality, communication, and teamwork. Help build a positive, high-performing culture where people enjoy coming to work. Partner directly with the owners to improve operations and develop your leadership skills. What You'll Learn Working side-by-side with the owners, you'll gain experience in: Restaurant leadership and team development Coaching and accountability Guest recovery and hospitality High-volume operations Building an engaged team culture Running a successful restaurant with excellence every day What We're Looking For Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends Previous restaurant or customer service leadership experience preferred Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, controlled (but fun) environment Positive attitude with excellent communication skills Someone who enjoys coaching others and leading by example Why Join the Madness?
