What You Need (Required): 18 years or older High school diploma or GED 2 or more years of job experience Full-time availability for all shifts Monday through Sunday Driver status required Access to reliable transportation U.S. resident Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; kneel, bend, stoop, climb stairs; reach and grasp objects Nice to Have (Preferred): Some college Your Day-to-Day Lead the shift as a hands-on working manager Keep the restaurant clean and maintained during your shift Coach and train team members on procedures each shift Check that food orders are made correctly and help guests when issues come up Watch labor, waste, sales, and cost of goods; handle daily cash steps Count inventory and give accurate numbers to the General Manager Screen applicants, turn in new-hire and separation paperwork on time, and report safety or risk issues to the GM What We Offer $15.50 per hour base pay Tips up to $2.50 per hour Performance bonus up to $2.50 per hour Maximum potential pay up to $22.79 per hour with education and experience adjustments Health care benefit of $4,000 per year Vision / dental benefit of $400 per year This Job Is Open to applicants without a college diploma.
