Overview We are seeking dedicated Crew or Crew to Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, particularly within the fast casual setting. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the staff to ensure smooth workflow. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality food preparation and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Manage cash handling processes, including operating POS systems and cash registers accurately. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Collaborate with above store management to implement operational improvements and enhance overall efficiency. Experience Previous experience in the food industry not required. Strong background in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. Proven leadership abilities with experience in training or supervising staff. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling is essential.
