Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven Director of Restaurants to lead the daily operations of two restaurant outlets, in-room dining, and some private events, in our 100-room upscale hotel. This role serves as the GM for the upscale restaurant location, full operations oversight for the casual concept, and staffing and oversight for the in-room dining team members. Director of Restaurants Benefits Base salary up to 90K plus generous end-of-year bonus Comprehensive benefits package and retirement plan Growth opportunities within a growing hospitality organization Tuition reimbursement programs Positive team culture Director of Restaurants Responsibilities Maintain strong floor presence in F&B outlets to coach teams and ensure seamless service execution Uphold standards of excellence and hospitality philosophy across all teams Ensure food quality, beverage execution, and service delivery consistently exceed expectations Interview, hire, train, and coach team members and supervisors Oversee financial performance, including revenue, labor, and cost controls Collaborate with Operations and Culinary leadership on seasonal menu updates and beverage innovation Director of Restaurants Qualifications 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including multi-outlet oversight Experience in upscale or elevated dining environments Strong financial acumen and labor management expertise Proven ability to build, coach, and develop leadership teams Hands-on leadership style with high floor presence Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
