The position:

This position is for a Shift Lead at our El Segundo location. You will oversee the store and provide direction to the team, as well as making and serving ice cream to customers, cleaning and stocktaking. A more comprehensive list is below: Your duties Speak with customers, explain the menu, take orders and payment Making and serving ice cream to customers Clean and sanitize work areas and the store during and at the end of shifts Packing up and following closing procedure on closing shifts Ensure shop is left clean and tidy Regular stock taking Build positive relationships with local community Sharing relevant information, feedback or ideas from yourself and customers Give feedback and guidance to fellow crew members, particularly as you gain more experience

Experience:
