We're a family business with locations in Encinitas and Coronado serving top-notch lobster rolls and other scrumptious New England fare. Essential Responsibilities Maintain a safe and sanitary workplace Manage store inventory Delegate responsibility Work in tandem with the area manager on goals and objectives Take orders in a timely manner while operating the POS system & cash register Promptly address customer issues & refer customers to management when necessary Assemble orders, ensure accuracy, & deliver to customers in a timely manner Prepare menu items using our tried-and-true family recipes Prep product for current and subsequent shifts Work as a team to accomplish goals Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to learn quickly & work well in a fast-paced, time pressured environment Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and/or weekends 1+ Year experience in hospitality (register, POS, prep/line cook, and/or expo) Food Handler Cert What You Get Base pay & gratuity (Base $20-$22 plus significant, consistent gratuity) Thorough training (upon hire and ongoing) Work with high quality products Free meal during shift Opportunities for growth & advancement (we love to promote from within!)
