If you want to make some dough, including $$ TIPS $$ (and get free bagels & coffee), we're looking for new team members to join our staff. Ideally you'd have previous experience, and weekend availability is MUST . Functions & Duties Manages restaurant environment Ensures prompt, friendly service per our guidelines Directs activities and performance of family members on shift by shift basis Breeds a culture of teamwork with emphasis on service, quality & cleanliness Ensures product preparation & presentation adheres to specifications and quality standards Handles all guest complaints and informs Manager of same Controls shift to achieve maximum productivity Completes daily paperwork as required to standard Ensures all safety rules are followed Keeps all restaurant equipment working to specification Manages Associates Performance Makes job assignments to other associates and follows up on completion Effectively trains associates Demonstrates proper execution of training programs Maintains controls Controls daily food & labor costs by avoiding waste & overutitilization of labor Controls cash handling procedures Development Inspires cooperation and teamwork among associates Focus on our friends (guest) satisfaction (Wowing!)
