Full Job Description For Hire:

1 full-time Korean dietary cook supervisor position for a large assisted living facility in Fullerton. This position requires knowledge of Korean cooking and command of Korean language. Cook supervisors with experience running kitchens in long term care facilities or Korean restaurants or catering companies are preferred candidates for this job. Must be able to cook for a Korean elderly population. At minimum, Saturdays are required for the job. Preference for applicants with the ability to cook two meals daily in a healthy manner to match the resident census. If interested in full time work, the position would be for 4 days a weeks (set schedule), including one weekend day. The full time position would require kitchen managment / supervisor work, which includes menu planning, ordering food and supplies, and kitchen management, along with cooking 2 meals daily (breakfast and lunches). Basic English or Korean language skills are required if taking this position full time (4 days). This job is ifeal someone with prior cooking experience in a restaurant or catering or assisted living/nursing home setting. Must be fingerprinted and TB tested for the job. Must have working papers.
