Our Dietary Team plays a vital role in creating comfort, dignity, and joy for our residents every single day. We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Dietary Supervisor who can lead a team, maintain high standards, and bring energy into the kitchen. If you're passionate about food service, leadership, and making a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity. What You'll Do Lead and support daily operations of the dietary department to ensure smooth, efficient service Supervise, schedule, and develop dietary staff to maintain high performance standards Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring meals are safe, appetizing, and meet dietary requirements Manage food ordering, inventory, and budget controls Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility dietary and sanitation regulations.
