We are looking for a Deli Associate who will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. Duties Daily operations include food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality standards. Managing employees, being able to train, being able to manage employees with a history of leading Making the Best Italian Sandwiches in the City Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and kitchen management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the establishment. Requirements Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices including food safety standards. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
