• The AhbA Family Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of employees during a shift, delegating tasks as needed
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns, anticipate customer needs
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Make every guest's experience at AhbA memorable!

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with bartending or culinary skills is beneficial
