We're seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor - Front of House to join the management team at our Marin location, reporting to the General Manager. Responsibilities Uphold Farmshop standards of customer service, food & beverage quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Assist with ordering, stock management, inventory, and receiving. Organize and administer opening and closing duties, including full front-of-house setup. Mentor and train new and existing employees, and give feedback after each shift. Communicate effectively with the team and market manager to maintain quality and performance. Prepare and manage required paperwork, including forms, invoices, reports, and schedules. Ensure food and products are prepared, received, and served to Farmshop's recipes and standards. Fill in as needed to maintain guest service standards and efficient operations. Lead by example, maintaining a calm, professional demeanor during high-volume periods. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role preferred. Be able to communicate and understand English; a reasonable amount of Spanish is a plus. Excellent basic math and computer skills, including POS and spreadsheet applications. Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills. Ability to work in a high-paced, at times stressful, environment. Ability to frequently lift, move, and/or push up to 35 pounds. Able to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required. Food handler certification is required. Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification is required. Work Authorization United States Citizen or Alien Authorized to work in the United States.
