As a Food Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the culinary industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Food Server will also sit guests when needed, take to go orders, pre-buss, clean, do side work. Servers make their own alcoholic beverages. Lead server will close restaurant, close register, assign breaks, assign cleaning duties, etc) Applicant must be minimum 21 years of age. This position works 5 days a week. Shifts are PM shifts 2pm to CLOSE (we close at 9pm). Must be available holidays. Days off are weekdays We are looking for an individual with a great personality, pleasant, loves to smile, loves to communicate with people, a natural, friendly and customer service oriented. Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation, serving, and dining areas
• Assist with food inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating supplies
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to food handling regulations
• Cleaning tasks/Deep cleaning assignments as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant as a lead server/supervisor required
• Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling purposes
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of culinary techniques and food safety practices is a plus
