If you're ready to step into a shift leadership role, we're hiring passionate, organized, and service-minded individuals to help lead at all CoffeeDrunk locations. Weekend availability required | At least 1 year of specialty coffee experience The Shift Supervisor is the on-the-floor team lead. You'll delegate tasks, manage opening and closing routines, coach baristas in real time, and help maintain energy, pace, and consistency throughout service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead your shift: delegate duties, coach peers, and keep service moving Reinforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards across the bar Help train and onboard new baristas Maintain calm and control during rushes, setting a positive tone for the team Organize daily prep, restock, and open/close responsibilities Offer customer-first service and problem-solving throughout your shift

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of specialty coffee experience required At least 1 year supervisory experience required Availability to work shifts between CoffeeDrunk's business hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm Available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays Confident communicator Organized, calm, and efficient in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through Compensation & Benefits The compensation for this position is $18.50 per hour to start, with an expected increase to $19.00 per hour after 90 days, plus tips.
