Shift Leader — Café, Deli & Bakery Join our team and grow with us! We are looking for a responsible, dependable, and motivated Shift Leader to join our café, deli, and bakery team. As Shift Leader, you will help keep the restaurant running smoothly during your shift while supporting both our guests and team members. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of the day-to-day operation. Responsibilities Lead and support the team during assigned shifts Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service Help ensure food, drinks, and service consistently meet our standards Open and/or close the restaurant as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment Assist with scheduling, breaks, and delegating daily tasks Handle customer questions or concerns professionally Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and food-safety standards Help with inventory, stocking, and daily operational needs Train and support new team members Communicate effectively with management and the team Set a positive example through reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic What We're Looking For Previous café, restaurant, deli, bakery, or hospitality experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Strong communication and people skills Able to stay organized and focused during busy periods Comfortable taking initiative and making responsible decisions Positive attitude and professional demeanor Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities A genuine interest in hospitality and creating a great experience for our guests Growth Opportunities We believe in promoting from within and investing in people who show commitment and leadership. Pay:
