As a Shift Lead, you will support restaurant operations by supervising team members during your shift, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, maintaining company standards, and helping create a positive and productive work environment. Position Overview The Shift Lead serves as a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day shift operations, supporting team development, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding the Jersey Mike's culture and standards.
