Director of F&BLocation:
Palm Desert, California Salary:
$125,000-$135,000 Base + 17-20%

Relocation Assistance Property Description:
Luxury boutique lifestyle hotel featuring multiple dining venues, banquet facilities, and elevated guest experiences in a premier desert destination.
Qualifications:
Current Director of Food & Beverage with several years of leadership experience in a full-service luxury boutique or lifestyle hotel. Proven success overseeing multiple restaurants, bars, banquet operations, and in-room dining while driving financial performance. Stable career history with strong tenure, exceptional leadership skills, and experience in mid-size full-service hotels preferred.
Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost controls, and revenue optimization. Valid U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship is not available. Passionate, hands-on leader committed to developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
