CLUBHOUSE FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR - TWO LOCATIONS

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant and clubhouse food-service operations at two seasonal golf club locations . The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can increase food and beverage sales, control costs, manage staff, maintain service standards, and develop events and group business. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily food & beverage operations at two clubhouse locations Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff Maintain excellent food quality and customer service Control labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and purchasing Develop banquets, tournaments, private events, and group business Increase restaurant revenue and profitability Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol-service requirements Provide regular sales, labor, and operating reports to ownership Compensation The first 90 days will be an introductory performance period with an agreed starting compensation package. After successful completion of the 90-day period, compensation will be reviewed and negotiable based on experience and demonstrated performance , with an opportunity to earn additional commission/incentive compensation tied to qualified food & beverage sales and event revenue. We are looking for someone who wants more than a traditional restaurant management position — someone who can take ownership of the operation and help grow the food & beverage business at both clubs. Qualifications Restaurant, clubhouse, hotel, or food & beverage management experience preferred Strong leadership and staff-management skills Experience with budgeting, food/labor cost control, and inventory Banquet, tournament, catering, or event-sales experience is a strong plus Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable managing two locations To Apply Please submit your resume along with your current or most recent position and availability.
