We're seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to help us create unforgettable dining moments. From our restaurant to our bar and banquets, you'll be the driving force ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional time with us.
Hourly Pay:
$27
Your Role:
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the F&B Manager to guide the daily operations of our food and beverage services. Your leadership will be key in ensuring seamless service while maximizing both guest satisfaction and revenue.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, bar, and banquet services, ensuring each guest receives attentive and courteous service. Provide leadership and foster a positive, cooperative work environment that maximizes productivity and boosts team morale. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety, ensuring all areas are up to standard, especially during high guest traffic. Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate tasks efficiently, and assist in developing and implementing promotional ideas for our outlets. Use the F&B POS computer system and radios efficiently, maintaining clear and professional communication with staff. Ensure compliance with brand and company training, handle cash accurately, and ensure all equipment is well-maintained. Assist team members with hands-on guest service during peak periods. Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in Food & Beverage in a hotel or restaurant setting. Leadership experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications. Flexible availability.
